Special CRC - POLE gene associated.

CRC as common disease, the 3.rd most frequent cancer in men, the 2.nd most frequent in women. Family history is a major risk factor for the development of CRC. Familial aggregation of this disease is observed in 25%. The risk for CRC is increased in individuals with a personal or family medical history of colorectal polyps.
